Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has been in Milan for talks with AC vice president Adriano Galliani regarding a move for 27-year-old Brazilian centre half Thiago Silva. Galliani has reportedly told City he will cost at least £35 million. Barcelona also in the running. Verdict: 6/10

Luka Modric is looking to leave Tottenham Hotspur after they lost their Champions League spot on Saturday Evening. Latest reports suggest he will make a move to Real Madrid to replace the outgoing Kaka who is likely to join Ligue 1 runners-up Paris St.Germain. Didier Drogba has told French Football Magazine that he will be leaving Chelsea in the summer in search of regular first team football. I have been informed Gylfi Sigurdsson is a main target for Liverpool. Chief scout Steve Hitchen and Managing Director Ian Ayre are big admirers of the talented Icelander. Sigurdsson himself is keen on a move to Liverpool and once the new Director of Football is in place i expect the club to make a late move for the attacking midfielder Verdict: 7/10

The talented creative midfielder Shinjia Kagawa is drawing a lot of plaudits in Germany after his side Borussia Dortmund retained the Bundesliga. The Japanese international looks set to leave Signal Iduna Park in favour of a move to England. His agent has met with both Manchester United and Arsenal, although i expect the midfielder to make a move to Man Utd in the coming weeks. Verdict: 8/10 – Odds for a move to Manchester United 4/7 Bet Victor
