Bournemouth have announced the sacking of manager Jason Tindall after just six months in charge, following the Cherries 2-1 home defeat by Championship strugglers Sheffield Wednesday which sees them drop to sixth in the table, having failed to win any of their last five league games.
The Cherries board would’ve been expecting to see their side bounce straight back to the Premier League at the first time of asking, considering the fact that they managed to keep hold of the majority of their side which saw them stay in the Premier League for five years. Their recent poor run of form has put this into jeopardy, as they are just two points above seventh-placed Middlesbrough, and sit eight points off second-placed Swansea who have a game in hand on them.
