Over 2.5 Goal Acca – 11/10/20

The EURO qualifying fixtures have been providing us with plenty of goals recently and our over 2.5 goal tips have been going strongly.

In fact, last night’s selection came in at 17/2, so we’re back by popular demand for tonight’s games.

Look ahead to today’s fixture, there is less value to be found, particularly with most games possessing a big outright favourite, but our four fold till comes together at 5.98/1 with Betfair.

Portugal vs Luxembourg – 2/7

As mentioned, there are plenty of big favourites taking place in tonight’s fixtures, with Portugal’s outright odds of 1/25 to win tonight being the shortest.

The Navigators have been in strong from recently, winning their last 4 games in all competitions, scoring 13 goals along the way. There are no prizes to guessing who has been at the forefront of such success, with Cristiano Ronaldo registering 8 goals in this short time frame. The Juventus forward has started the season in clinical fashion and he is as short as 1/5 to simply score tonight.

Tonight’s selection clearly rests on Portugal’s shoulders to deliver the goods, but the stats are there to support it. Luxembourg are yet to keep a clean sheet in the group so far and conceded 3 goals to Serbia last time out. They have only won once so far in their qualifiers and not many will be backing the upset in this game tonight.

Ukraine vs Lithuania – 2/5

Our second selection for tonight is another fixture from Group B, which sees top vs bottom in the table with Ukraine taking on Lithuania. Ukraine have been the tournament’s surprise package so far, winning 4 and remaining undefeated in their opening 5 games.

Their home form has been impeccable and they have averaged 3 goals a game there so far. In fact, in 3 of their 5 qualifying fixtures, the over 2.5 goal market has come in. In contrast to Ukraine, Lithuania have severely struggled in Group B, picking up just a singular point and conceding 15 during the process.

They have simply been unable to match the level of quality on show, leaking 12 goals in just their last 3 games. Coming up against the in-form Ukraine tonight, not many will fancy the underdog story in this fixture.

Czech Republic vs England – 3/4

If you’re a punter that likes stats, the England game will most likely be in your over 2.5 goal acca for tonight. In England’s last 9 fixtures, this betting market has come in on 8 separate occasions.

The Three Lions’ strengths lie with their attacking prowess, a point supported by the fact that have scored 9 in their last two fixtures. They sit comfortably on top of Group A with 4 wins from 4 and qualification is closely in the sights of Gareth Southgate’s men.

Tonight’s opposition are Czech Republic, whose games have seen over 2.5 goals 6 times on the bounce. The two teams last faced each other last March, where England ran out rampant 5-0 winners. Not many will expect such a scoreline away from home, but Southgate’s men are expected to get the win yet again tonight.

Going forward, not many defence’s can live with the lively figures of Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling, with both men having 6 goals a piece in the qualifying stages. In fact, England have scored a minimum of 4 goals in every single group game so far. Having said that, the beauty about this market is that the goals can come from either side, and Czech Republic have scored 7 in their last 3.

Iceland vs France – 9/10

Completing the trend for tonight’s selections sees another big favourite in action. The 2018 World Cup winners travel to Iceland with the aim of making it 4 wins on the bounce. Didier Deschamps’ men have quickly brushed aside that surprise 2-0 loss in Turkey last June and have responded in clinical fashion.

They have scored 11 goals in their last 3 games, with the likes of Kingsley Coman and Wissam Ben Yedder emerging as the nation’s most impressive performers. Such form makes tonight’s over 2.5 goal price of 9/10 one with big value, as France are in very strong form.

A win tonight all but guarantees their place in next summer’s competition, so we are expecting them to come out firing on all cylinders. However, just like the England fixture, the underdogs shouldn’t be ruled out entirely with finding a goal or 2. Iceland have scored 6 in their last 3 fixtures and are certainly no pushovers at home. Such stats support tonight’s biggest value selection at 9/10.
