Reports coming out of Arsenal suggest Arsenal flop Lucas Perez will be departing the club for West Ham. The 29-year-old, who was bought from Deportivo La Coruna for £17million two years ago, has made just 11 appearances for the Gunners, scoring only once against Bournemouth last January. The Spaniard spent the whole of last season on loan to his previous employers, Deportivo, where he netted 8 goals in 35 appearances and is wanted by Manuel Pellegrini as cover for the injured Andy Carroll and bit-part player Javier Hernandez.

Manchester United central midfielder Paul Pogba has apparently agreed personal terms with La Liga giants Barcelona. The 25-year-old French international, who won the World Cup last month is reportedly on his way to the Nou Camp in a five-year deal worth £100million. United have previously rejected a £45million plus Andre Silva & Yerry Mina offer from Barca, but it looks as though the Spanish titans are not ending their interest in the midfielder and will do all it takes to land their man before the window shuts this Thursday.

England international Joe Hart has this morning completed his move to Burnley on a two-year deal. Hart, who was deemed surplus to requirements at Manchester City joins the Clarets for £3.5million, and is likely to start in goal this Thursday when Burnley travel to Turkish outfit Istanbul Başakşehir in the Europa League. Hart’s timely arrival comes after first choice keeper Nick Pope was ruled out for up to three months with a dislocated shoulder in Burnley’s first leg clash against Aberdeen a fortnight ago.

Middlesbrough are interested in signing winger Yannick Bolasie from Everton. The out of favour wide-man, who joined the Toffees from Crystal Palace for £26million back in 2016 looks set to leave Goodison Park before Thursday’s deadline, with both Burnley and Palace both interested in acquiring his services. The DR Congo international has spent much of his time at Everton sidelined with a serious knee injury, but is now fully fit and looking for guaranteed first team football this term. Boro look set to lose star winger Adama Traoré to Wolves this week, so need a direct replacement if they’re to earn promotion to the Premier League this season. After selling both Patrick Bamford and Ben Gibson for a combined fee of £25million, Boro have money to spend – but will Bolasie be keen on stepping down a division to secure first team football?

The future of Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish still remains extremely unclear ahead of Thursday’s transfer deadline. The 22-year-old is wanted by Tottenham Hotspur, but thus far a fee which suits both parties has failed to be agreed. The Villain’s are in a much stronger financial position following their recent takeover, so won’t be forced to sell their prized asset for a cut price. However, with Grealish’s burning desire to play in the Premier League considered, will they be able to keep hold of their man? We suspect that should Spurs come in with a bid in the region of £25-30million then the Villa playmaker will be aloud to leave the club this week.

Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland is apparently Chelsea’s main target to replace Thibaut Courtois, should the Belgian international depart the club for Real Madrid over the next few days. Butland, who featured in Stoke’s opening day defeat to Leeds United on Sunday has been told that he’ll be allowed to leave the club for around £30million and won’t think twice about joining the Blues in their Premier League title challenge this term.
