Barnet vs Stockport

Barnet take on Stockport in the FA Cup second-round on Sunday afternoon as two of the National League winners from the first-round matches square off at the Hive Stadium. Barnet picked up a huge scalp in their first FA Cup match, beating League One side Bristol Rovers 2-1 in the replay away from home last weekend – whilst Stockport overcame League Two Yeovil with a big 301 win on the tenth day of November. The sides last met back in 2010 when the two teams were both football league sides and despite both sides’ aspirations remaining firmly on achieving that status again, both will be desperate to be in the hat for the third-round draw come Sunday evening. The hosts are the 3/5 favourites with Bet Victor, whilst the draw is a big price of 31/10 with Unibet and the visitors are the big outsiders to win here at 9/2 with Bet365.

Recommended bet: Immanuelson Duku to score first @ 15/4 with Bet365 – BET HERE

Bury vs Luton

Gigg Lane is the host of an intriguing tie between League Two Bury and League One Luton on Sunday afternoon and the match should be a cracker between two sides in top form. The hosts beat Cheltenham 4-1 last time out, extending their unbeaten run to six matches – one of which was a 5-0 win over Dover in the first-round, whilst Luton have won three-straight games, scoring at least three goals in each. The visitors beat league rivals Wycombe in the FA Cup opener at the start of the month and after a 4-0 win over Bradford in midweek, they’ll be more than confident of heading south to book their place in the next round. It’s Luton who are the 11/10 favourites with William Hill, whilst the draw is 5/2 with the same bookmaker and the hosts sit at 12/5 to win with Bet365.

Recommended bet: Over 3.5 goals @ 23/11 with Unibet –  BET HERE

Rochdale vs Portsmouth

It’s the clash of the third-tier sides at Spotland as Rochdale take on Portsmouth for the second time this season in the FA Cup. The hosts have had an inconsistent campaign and were beaten by Pompey the last time these teams met back in September. That match ended 3-1 to the visitors in the corresponding fixture and despite losing by two goals, the home side were quite impressive. They’ll need to show that type of performance again here against a side who are top of the league and on a ten-game unbeaten streak. Portsmouth beat Maidenhead 4-0 on the road in the first-round, whilst Rochdale overcame the task of Gateshead with a 2-1 win. It’s the visitors who are the slight favourites, but still remain an attractive price of 8/7 with William Hill. The draw is a big price of 27/10 with Betfair and the hosts are the bid underdogs at 9/4 with Bet365.

Recommended bet: Ian Henderson to score in 90 minutes @ 6/4 with Sky Bet – BET HERE

Shrewsbury vs Scunthorpe

Shrewsbury and Scunthorpe clash at Greenhous Meadow on Sunday afternoon as the battle of the League One sides theme continues in the FA Cup second-round. The hosts have been in better form in the league as of late and aside from a narrow 3-2 loss to Wycombe last week, Shrewsbury have won their four other recent matches – with a 3-1 win away to the impressive Salford being the match who got this week’s hosts through to the second-round. Scunthorpe were one of the pre-season promotion candidates in League One, but an inconsistent season has left them struggling. However, this week’s visitors now have the chance to focus on a potential cup-run and that’ll mean winning this tie, which is odds of 23/10 with Bet365. The draw here is 5/2, also with Bet365, but it is the home team who head into the match on home soil as the 12/11 favourites with William Hill.

Recommended bet: Both teams to score @ 2/3 with William Hill – BET HERE

Swindon vs Woking

League Two Swindon welcome National League Woking to the County Ground on Sunday as the hosts look to pick up their third-straight win to book their place in the third-round of the FA Cup, whilst potentially booking a date with a big-name side. However, the visitors won’t be easy pushovers and a recent run of four-straight matches, including a 1-0 win away to Torquay in the first-round, is evidence of their class and they’ll be adamant of defying the odds here. Swindon edged out York 2-1 and despite a poor performance, the fourth-tier team managed to get through – which will certainly have the hosts confident of doing better in this one. The sides met in a competitive match back in 2009 and it was Swindon who won 1-0. The hosts are 4/9 with Bet365 to make it three wins from three meetings and Woking are the big outsiders at 6/1 with Bet Victor, whilst the draw is 10/3 with William Hill.

Recommended bet: Woking double chance @ 8/5 with BetVictor – BET HERE

Tranmere vs Southport

Two impressive sides from their respective leagues square off in the FA Cup second-round on Sunday as League Two Tranmere take on National League North side Southport. The hosts are a high-scoring side and have some impressive attackers in their team, but just one win in the last five matches hasn’t pleased their fans. That win came against Oxford City in the FA Cup opener earlier this month, with the hosts winning the replay 2-0. Southport are a side in-form and seven games unbeaten is evidence of that. Five of those ties have been wins, with the 2-0 victory at home to Boreham Wood the one which booked a date with their League Two opponents. Tranmere are actually unbeaten in four meetings against Southport and are 3/7 with Unibet to win this, whilst the draw is 19/5 with Bet Victor and the National League side remain as the big underdogs at 7/1 with Betfair.

Recommended bet: James Norwood to score first 13/5 with William Hill – BET HERE
