Dereck Chisora vows to go through Dillian Whyte “like a laxative”

Dereck Chisora has made a strange claim ahead of his heavyweight bout with Dillian Whyte, vowing to go through his opponent “like a laxative”.

The pair are set to resume their rivalry on December 22 when they headline a night at the O2 Arena, with it being the second meeting of their careers. Whyte won on a split decision back in December 2016 in a brutal encounter, with the only surprise being that the two hadn’t met each other earlier on.

However, Chisora has vowed to avenge that defeat – doing so in an unorthodox fashion to say the least.

“If you’ve ever taken those laxative pills. You know the ones you take, you wait for 20 minutes, and then you go to the toilet, they go through you.

“I’m going to go through this man.”

White laughed and responded, saying:  “That’s a bit of a weird analogy.”

“You know exactly what I was talking about,” Chisora continued. “I’m going to go through this guy. He hasn’t got any power punch, or anything which is going to bother me. I’m going to go through him, you shall see. That’s my strategy.”

A win for Whyte here could set up another heavyweight rematch against Anthony Joshua, who is currently the only man to beat the ‘Body Snatcher’ in the professional ranks.

He believes Chisora won’t provide as stern of a test as last time, saying: “I’m just going to ride the donkey until his back legs give out again.

“Last time, his legs almost gave out, I just need to give him a couple more smacks.”
