Atalanta and Venezia go head to head in the Round of 16 in the Coppa Italia on Wednesday night.
The Nerazzurri are currently fourth in Serie A, having fired in 44 goals in 20 matches, as well as letting in 26, showing that they are an exciting attacking team to watch.
The home side recorded a thumping 6-2 win away at Udinese in their last outing as Mario Pasalic, Luis Muriel (2), Ruslan Malinovskyi, Joakim Maehle and Matteo Pessina. Prior to this win though, Gian Piero Gasperini’s men had seen three more both teams to score markets land, as they were beaten 4-1 away at Roma, managed a 2-1 victory against Hellas Verona and were narrowly defeated 3-2 at home to Villarreal in the Champions League.
Meanwhile, Venezia, who are 17th in the Serie A table were soundly defeated 3-0 and 3-1 by AC Milan and Lazio in their last two outings, having drawn 1-1 with Sampdoria and Juventus prior to these defeats. In the last round of the Coppa Italia, Venezia beat Ternana 3-1 in mid-December.
