In Group 1 of League A in the UEFA Nations League, Italy are currently top on four points after two games, followed by last years runners-up, Netherlands, who sit on three points along with Poland.
Italy have faced Bosnia and Herzegovina and Netherlands in their first two fixtures, taking three points from their away match in Holland.
The Netherlands' squad, suffered a huge shock before the opening two games of the competition, as Ronald Koeman left his managerial role for Barcelona. As a result, Dwight Lodeweges took charge of the two games with Frank de Boer now taking the role as the Dutch manager. Now, with the likes of Memphis Depay and Virgil van Dijk in their squad, odds of Netherlands topping Group A1 are currently priced at 6/5.
However, the group remains Italy’s to lose and with their advantage over the de Boer's side already, this might be the boost they need to finish top. Italy have vastly improved in recent years under Roberto Mancini and they are the favourites to win Group 1 with odds of at 1/1.
